South Pine Street & Ocean Avenue Sidewalks Public Forum
Adding sidewalks along the west side of South Pine Street from the Flagler Avenue shuffleboard courts to Ocean Avenue as well as the south side of Ocean Avenue from South Peninsula Avenue to South Atlantic Avenue will be presented during a public forum at 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21 in the Coronado Civic Center at 223 Flagler Ave.“This project is intended to improve safety and mobility as part of our five-year sidewalk plan,” according to Public Works Director David Ray. “After we get community feedback at the forum, which will begin with a brief overview of the project followed by an open Q&A session, it’ll be presented to the City Commission for review and a vote in late November or early December.”
