Om Sunshine Yoga

Yoga instructor Michele Benton teaches yoga indoors and out, including classes, workshops and retreats. She's focused on beach yoga, Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) skills, SUP Yoga and SUP private group classes. Her instruction focuses on anatomy and alignment and she provides a safe and therapeutic practice no matter the student's experience. One of the goals of Om Sunshine Yoga is to enhance creativity, connection, and experience.

By taking her students out of the traditional yoga studio setting and moving their practice into nature, Michele not only fosters cultural enrichment but a deepening of the yoga practice itself. “I love sharing the joy of and work of yoga with others and helping them on their journey towards living a healthier and happier life.” – Michele Benton.
