Third Wave Cafe and Wine Bar

The chefs at Third Wave are inspired by cuisines from around the world. By choosing seasonally available ingredients that are sustainably grown or harvested, they create dishes reminiscent of old world and southern coastal traditions. Some of their sustainability efforts include:

  • Locally sourcing food
  • Reduction of single-use plastics (in progress)
  • Participating in the James Beard Smart Catch program and the Monterey Bay Aquarium "Seafood Watch" program
